FLUCA season 2018 closing

Rich with concerts, performances and presentations, the FLUCA – Austrian Cultural Pavilion season 2018 is coming to an end. The shiny container visited some of the busiest public spaces in Sofia to return triumphantly back to Plovdiv in September. Here are the exhibitions and events of the last month of the Pavilion in Plovdiv which you can become part of, while waiting for season 2019:

Refigium 01
7 September – 7 October, 3 pm – 8 pm

Escape Room
27 September – 9 pm    4 October – 8 pm

What is Germany
27-29 September – 8 pm

film program curated by Jos Diegel. The selected films present some of the most prominent trends in contemporary German productions in the field of experimental cinema and video.

Afterworks
28 September, 5 pm – 11 pm

FLUCA always creates a good mood. So we have prepared a special party for you with Sayulke & Denitza.

Venice Biennale 2018: culture in the Free Space
3 October – 8 pm

presentation + discussion with moderator arch. Mina Stoilcheva. We will look at the contemporary art and architectural initiatives, part of the biennial program, coming out of the Giardini and Arsenale spaces, to reach and bring the audience with them into the open public spaces of Venice.

FLUCA finissage 2018
5 October – 6 pm

as the end of the season, the magical container will provide the audience with an exciting closing party with special guest jOObba and support from Sayulke & Denitza

So, with a proper sound environment, we say goodbye to season 2018, holding our breaths in anticipation of the climax season in 2019 when Plovdiv will become a hot spot for European culture!
