Night/Plovdiv for first year separates an individual module focused fully on new technology and art. As introduction to the module Barak Koren will lead his very first workshop for TouchDesigner in Europe as well as he will present in public his projects. Night/Plovdiv – 2016 gives an opportunity to all participants to show their projects, developed or consulted during the workshop, in an exhibition on September 24th – 25th, part of the official programme of the festival.

At the Creative Media Workshop will be presented and used different types of software for visual programming and creative coding. Apart from working with TouchDesigner all participants will have the chance to make collaborations with other similar programmes for real-time rendering (MaxMSP, vvvv, Pure Data, Processing, openFrameworks, etc.) and other music, animation and graphic design software (Ableton Live, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Photoshop, After Effects and more). The participants together with Bakar and Petko will use their creative skills to build dynamic core for ideas and experience exchange in working on multidisciplinary projects.
